Carolyn Cauceglia 

Carolyn has been a guest host and board member of the Executive Girlfriends’ Group since its inception in 2008.

Carolyn is a high energy, results oriented sales, creative marketing and business development professional with over 23 years experience of demonstrated achievements in the travel and travel technology solutions industry.

She is an accomplished corporate executive, currently with global travel industry leader Amadeus.  She is the VP of Strategic Sales for Amadeus and has a reputation as a sales process innovator.

She loves to travel, loves technology, music, her cats and running.  She is on the board of CLIA, ASTA, USTOA, the Executive Girlfriends’ Group.  She also is building her legacy through participation in non-profit boards for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Tourism Cares.

Cecilia is a board member with EGG and is also the leader of our NextGEN program for up and coming executive women.

She hosts our NextGEN program and is also a guest host for the EGG calls.

Cecilia is a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded Smart Destinations, where she is the President.  Cecilia is a seasoned public speaker and regularly speaks at industry conferences and events.

She is also an active fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society including participation several Team in Training events.  She holds a degree in Leisure Management and Tourism from University of New Hampshire.

She lives in Boston with her amazing dogs, who accompany her to the office each day.

Chris is a board member with the Executive Girlfriends Group and she is also the COO of Solutionz Technologies LLC.

She has been a frequent co-host of SolutionzLive!

Chris is an entrepreneur and a seasoned executive.  She is a principal in the BoomBoxNetwork.  Chris was tagged as an early innovator during her tenure with Sabre and became a part of the Travelocity.com launch team.  Then, stepping out of the comfort of a corporate position, Chris spread her entrepreneurial wings as VP for an innovative corporate travel solution startup and later headed up LasVegas.com.

She obtained her MBA from Southern Methodist University and her BA in Philosophy from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas.

She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and her german shepherd, Rommel.
