The travel industry accounted for more than one in nine jobs created in the U.S. economy through the first seven months of the year, as increased spending from overseas travelers and a relatively weak dollar contributed to the rebound in tourism spending.

  1. It's good news that unemployment rates went down in July 2011 as a result of tourists flown in to the U.S. with their corresponding expenditures. Let the travel and tourism industry make headway for the improvement of the federal economy. Get far sighted, and get rid of domestic fixations to keep the economy afloat.
